One on One Training
One on one attention. Every rep of every exercise for the entire workout is critiqued to make sure proper form and technique are used at all times. Includes a free fitness evaluation. Using the results of the evaluation your workouts will be program based off your individual fitness level. Your trainer will be there to guide you and push you all the way to reaching your individual goals.
Monthly Correspondence Training
Individualized monthly program designed specifically for your fitness goals. Whether you are trying to lose weight, stay and shape or looking to optimize your performance in a sport it takes all of the guess work out of your workouts. Using your current fitness level which is obtained from a fitness evaluation. Your program will include what exercises you need to do, the intensity and the volume for each exercise. We work with you to fit your workouts around your busy schedule. You get a complimentary membership to teambuildr.com, plus unlimited contact with our staff through email. Its like having a personal trainer with you at all times!
Three Month Standard Pre Planned Program
These programs are based of the same scientific and proven methods as our monthly correspondence programs. Tailored to accomplish a specific goal, whether it is weight loss, adding lean muscle mass, increasing speed and agility or increasing strength.
Weight Loss Program
This program is focused on losing weight. Periodized three month program that has six days a week planned. Whether you are a someone who is just starting to workout or a die hard this program will challenge you from start to finish. Everything is time based no distance and no reps. This set up will make sure you see results no matter what your fitness level!
Strength Training Program
This program is focused on building strength. Periodized three month program that has 4 days a week planned. You will spend time going through the different sets, reps, and intensities that are scientifically proven to increase muscle strength.
Lean Muscle Mass
This program is focused on adding lean muscle mass to your body. Periodized three month program that has 4 days a week planned. You will spend time going through the different sets, reps, and intensities that are scientifically proven to increase muscle mass.
